Pall in precap i am guessing anupam is trying to trigger anu's memory with ronit it can be in context of komo or mishka as in today episode ronit said that he is getting engaged to some girl.

Now for anu if you look closely when he is saying the dialogue he is in his own room and maybe nivi is also with them. He might remember komo or some memory-related to her but he can only remember her old face not new face so something is up with that. Now komo and mohini both are in living room so clearly there is no connectivity to that with anu's dialogue. I think anu is mistaking someone else as komo and not sonalika or it could be just his memory triggering and he is getting anxious thats all.
