Also, if there was a rift between Paridhi and PH, what about AD? Why was his character axed.?

There were better ways to present the opposing viewpoints between Minnie and Babita. Instead of giving valid reasons for both sides, they continuously created situations where Babita will be wrong and Minnie right.
As for Babita's personality change, it's subjective. I personally don't agree that the end product that we got of hers was her basic nature all along. The degree to which her flaws were emphasized was done solely to victimize Minnie and create a drift between mother-daughter so that Minnie can have a ton of emotional baggage to carry for Season Two.
HS did take a backseat. There were many situations that could have been avoided if HS had been allowed to act. Case in point: the burning of the letter. He very well could have ran forward to grab it instead of standing back and letting it burn to ash.
In regards to what the writers intended, I don't even want to know anymore. Apparently, whatever we had seen in the first two hundred episodes, was not what they had intended and we had read into something else entirely. Whatever their goal was, they missed the mark in executing the tracks properly. Again, this is a subjective opinion and this is how I feel. I don't want to presume to know what the other forum members think or feel.
In the end, Babita was purposely set up to be sole the reason for her home breaking. Or at least, her home with Minnie.
I'm not entirely sure what's going on between Minnie and Arya. We were initially under the assumption that Minnie never came home in five years but she at least knew about her sister. Perhaps not wanting to interfere in her Babes' new family, she didn't come home. However, today we found out that she visited at least once and the last time she went back was three years ago. So, she had to have met Arya when she was perhaps two or three years old. Arya not remembering Minnie makes sense. But for Minnie to be surprised upon knowing Arya doesn't.
I can't even posit my other theory because Minnie coming home defeats it. Either way, we'll know more tomorrow.
I don't think there was a rift between the PH and Aniruddh. When Rajita Sharma (the writer) gave her statement, she had mentioned how Hanita's story line was finite. If there wasn't any good material for HS to perform, then Aniruddh may not have wanted to keep going. As it is, his character wasn't doing much so I'm not sure what they may have had in store for him post leap.
Also, I don't think Aniruddh has any malice towards the PH. There may have been some initial hurt and pain, but I believe he has now reached a stage where he is filled with nothing but gratitude. He's more thankful for all the love and appreciation he's getting and is proud of the work he has left behind. Now, he's working on a new project so there's that. :)
