Spending on Healthy food is not same as same as spending on health . Most people understanding of spending on health means spending on medicines and medical expenses

Having healthy food is a costly affair - to have buy and have the good vegetables on a regular basis is costly . But my trainer would say health vida vera yenna bigger priority
