Only if they were smart, they could have simply avoided the mention of TRPs and it wouldn't have impacted the content that they are circulating. By mentioning TRPs they have made everyone not believe them at all (which is good for RB fans to not fall for it), but like you said earlier they are nor smart.

If I may take the liberty of exploring your post- what according to you would be that something major that should happen to get back RB. Because I clearly see no signs which indicate RB is "needed" by anyone right now. I don't want that he just is brought back coz CVs ka mann kia, he should actually be the need of the story if not Prerna. I personally can't come up with any scenario for a must RB comeback, would love to hear your thoughts..
