Lol so true. I just wrote on these lines on DDT, ke Shukla's as fake as it gets - the arrogance, the shitty behaviour - that's the real him. What you see these last couple days, and particularly after the Asim-praise today? That's the 'gamer' faking it cos he realises that maybe, just maybe - he might be looking bad courtesy his real personality. He might be smart (not discounting that) - but he's as fickle, as capable of faking it, and as much of a jerk as ever.

But why's he 'smart' and Sana's not? Dono paltimaar, toh dono smart bhi 😆

Honestly he cares about none of his friends except maybe Sana but he also reconciled with her realising that sidnaz is something people love. He knows what matters.

He was happy enough to discard Asim till he didn’t perceive him as competition. He reconciled with him because he’d rather keep him close. Look at how badly Sana’a game is suffering when she’s just looking like she’s playing for Shukla and not herself and she was such a popular contestant otherwise. I’m worried for Asim falling into the same trap again. I hope he’s smarter than that.

Bhau, Himanshi and Shefali are needed in the team only for majority number and the fact is three of sticking by Shukla gang is for their own advantage too.

Sana is not as smart because she does these sudden flips. Shukla does very slow smart flips which aren’t that noticeable even to the people within the house.

The only one who didn’t do any flip was Asim. He didn’t move to Rashmi gang even when none of his friends were talking to him.

People are suddenly noticing the change in his behaviour. Working, looking friendlier, behaving less pompous, and flirting teasing thing with Devo. It hasn’t happened because of being friends with Sana or having had a fight with Asim or the Devo thing. It’s all a well thought out plan- he realised that in the fight with Asim he might have looked bad to a certain extent and he didn’t want Asim to get any sympathy from either the housemates or viewers from the fight and he changed gears.

Became friendly, started working having more fun showing a lighter side to himself and that obviously worked for him atleast in changing opinions about him in the house to an extent.

Also he’s a really smart reader of the game- he wasn’t talking to Asim and was full on just ignoring him even when Asim was trying to talk to him during the tag task. But as soon as Salman praised Asim, he changed gears again and reconciled with him. Smart move on his part! Dumb move on Asim’s.

Shukla realised Asim being praised meant that he looked wrong in their fight and Salman also said Asim mainly lost the task because of khesari’s work so again Shukla’s strategy and lack of effort by the team in the task was crucial to them losing. Him patching up with Asim was mainly because he realised Asim is a competition and it’s better to keep your competition as an ally than an enemy. This way he can overshadow Asim albeit now with a more accommodating approach. Asim will fall into this trap because he looks at Shukla like a big brother.

Shuklas next move will be how to navigate between Sana and Asim in the same group because I can’t seem them coexisting. Arti he gives no fcks about.

Anyway all in all. I don’t like him at all, but from the game perspective- the man is in it to win it. Playing sharply and shrewdly.

He's the oldest person in the house for a reason. If you see his unseen videos, he literally tries to explain the group dynamics to people (latest bakra - Vishal). Everyone usually just nods to get him to shut up but he's very elaborate and thorough about it.

His aggression was turning out to be a weakness in the first few weeks. That was the only thing that was affecting his game and he had to learn to control. Which he's doing.

During that entire fight with Asim he just sat there and listened, absorbed everything. He wasn't in it emotionally.

Asim and Shukla deserve to be top 2 for sure. I think the latest voting trends say this too.

Yeah I like having discussions without bringing in ones favorites and whitewashing everything they do to win arguments. I don’t like Shukla but I recognise that he’s the most instrumental player in the game. I can’t comment on his Emotional quotient that he shares with Asim or Sana( arti he gives no Fcks about) but he’s with Sana and Asim now for his own reasons too. Shukla is a smart player he realises that he’s probably a fan favorite so far and Sana and Asim are the other two, and he’s not wrong on that read. Isn’t it better to have these fan favorites on his side because people tend to support groups- arti probably benefited from that too before first finale.

He will distance from Asim and Sana when it’s time to go solo. Right now is not the time.

Also I like Asim and I do agree that they do deserve to go in top 3 or 3 along with Shukla. Shukla and Asim have some common traits like ego, aggression, short tempered. But they’re vastly different too. Asim is a more chilled guy in general and is not territorial, he’s reactive on small things and sometimes he lets really big things pass without making an issue like Sana throwing boxes on him or Tehseen career shaming him and racially shaming him. If it was Shukla he would sucked out all it’s worth from them.

Asim is a lot more real as a player and I think that’s one of the reasons people like him. Also the fact he’s the ultimate underdog this season. People get behind people like this. He also comes across as loyal, and humble. He’s very attached to Shukla emotionally and I think that’s one thing that’s going to hamper asims game in the future.

Shukla on the other hand is very good at giving out the picture of being genuine and real which he’s not. He’s an excellent game player and I feel all his moves except for his insane bouts of aggression are well timed and well planned. He’s got leadership qualities Too. He might actually have a soft corner for Sana though which is his only genuine connection in the house. But Shukla keeps the game above it all. Which is great IMO I mean you’re here to win.

Agree completely!! He is such an egoistic opportunist. Only sometime ago he was telling off Asim (I felt like punching him when he told Asim "Get out" 😡) and after Salman praised Asim, he went for hug. God forbid he accepts his mistake, arrogance, ego, or any of his mistakes. I hope Asim learns to keep his friendship and game separate and does not get bullied by Shukla.

I did like their friendship and also the fact that neither of them tried to get mileage out of their bonding falling apart. The way they did both the tasks after their fight without any hoo-haa was nice to see. And I was kind of surprised when Asim was pointing out Shukla's faults and Shukla did not scream/yell as much as he does when he fights with others. But the moment Shukla said those words that Asim was lucky to be standing with him, I just wanted to 🤬

BB wont let that happen. If they have decided that its Asim vs Shukla or Rashmi vs Sid S, they will make sure to manipulate the tasks that will change the group dynamics.

if its Sid S vs Asim, see a change in task teams coming Monday.

I feel they were trying hard for Rashmi vs Shukla but slowly changing to Asim Vs Sid S

Shukla is shrewd I give you that, he patched up with Sana coz Gautam said the audience loved it, he did the same with Asim today.

Agree, he is very shrewd. His game plan changed after Bahu's comeback and Vishal's entry. He has started acting like soft hearted and all. He observes the situation and does the calculations very well. He knows whom to keep close based on WKV popularity feedback.
