My next question is lil controversial 🙊 it's regarding PR involvement in forum through Mods. So won't ask nahi to dangal na hojye.

I don't know what everyone else calls it, but I call it a "dog". It's a word. You know a word I invented. 😆

I will answer that question. And in fact try to dispel some of the myths around mods.

1. No PR involvement in mod work. Yes, PR is on the site probably, but as regular members only. We do not give them any special treatment or ignore if they break rules or anything.
2. No mods do not get paid. Either by Vijay or by PR or by anyone else for that matter. This is strictly voluntary.
3. Yes mods have favourites whether here in BW forum or in a TV show forum. But we are brought on after rigorous review for our ability to be unbiased in all situations despite having favs.
4. No we're not on the site 24x7, but we also don't just disappear once we become mods. We have our own lives outside IF and we take time out from that to come on the site and deal with issues. Yes sometimes we'll be around at the exact time that an issue starts in a thread and thus close it right away, but that doesn't mean we're biased towards that person. It's all a timing issue only. And mods don't disappear. They will take breaks or go on vacation or have work/family/school to deal with from time to time.
5. No we're not scary people who will yell at you or ignore you. The title makes us look scary and so does our work, but we are known to have loads of fun when we let our hair down.

Do Mods have any ownership on this forum? It looks like Mods do only policing and don’t have any vision of content of this forum.

Other places that I visit, have Mods who drive the discussions and make best threads on Bollywood.

There is not a human who doesn’t have favs toh mods toh dur ki baat hain. Unless of course, the mods aren’t human and are blatantly biased in moderation. Like jyoti has already covered it.

If you don't have a favourite then you won't be on BW forum but it feels weird for someone who we have seen openly fighting for a bw actor will be moderating the very same forum ...what is the guarantee of unbiased moderation when it comes to for eg : Hritik or kangana related threads 😉😆
