A small advice fm my side ..While taking any decision dont let your inner fan affect your decision making and remember u can never satisfy everyone..there will b always one side who will find a decision unfair ,try to reason out with the member and if they dont want to listen then direct the member to higher ups ..baaki shreya will guide u 😃
