The same PH wrote a lot of interesting traits into the FL(s) in IMMJ. Of course the story went nuts after that, but they tried to do something different at least.

This is why I enjoyed Ladies Special. There too, they tried to do something different, especially with Meghna, but as is usually the case on ITV, they lost the plot later on, literally.

EXACTLY.

She was SO GOOD in KRPKAB and KZK just threw away that skill level. People felt she couldn't act but the effing role was such a doormat, what could she do? People still think she can't act and that's such a bad thing to feel, cause I know she's so talented.

Daughter is not maahan. Dad is not insensitive and immature. Both love each other immensely and can’t live without each other, but one is not glorified over the other.

I might give this show a chance. Shweta Tiwari is an added bonus. I am excited to see her bond with the daughter.

P.S. - It seems she will be the kirayadaar in dad-daughter's house. This is the perfect formula to bring the couples together, ek hi ghar mein rakh do dono ko 😆

Yes.. I am also liking this show. All the actors are great and the situations that are created are also realistic. Varun's dialogues are ROFL funny. Another thing is the camera work and settings are like that of a movie rather than a TV show. They are shooting in a real home and not in a studio set. Lot of outdoor scenes. Gives a very fresh feel to a TV show

But don't worry if Bacheri Mini can not carry season 2, we have Arya as a substitute and if that does not work they will bring back Babita and HS from the dead, as if nothing happened.

I haven't watched KZK2 but was shocked to learn about this backlash. I knew there would always be comparisons to Shweta but for Erica's own acting... I didn't see that coming especially considering how well she did in KRPKAB.

I used to catch episodes of Ladies Special after PB and liked whatever they showed. Never heard or followed the show before this but it was nice from whatever I saw.

They tried that with YPNTKH with great success and I loved the outdoor and natural feel to the locations there too.

Dunno how Balaji contacts work but I feel like she's now stuck with this role until it's over. And knowing it's KZK, who knows when that will be.

LOLL, Varun's dialogues at the movie theater were hilarious! That popcorn wali was so annoying.

Yeah, it just shows that there are PHs who want to try things but might not always succeed. YUDKBH ruled the roost for a long time because I hear the material and the storytelling was top-notch. Might give that a try. I love some of the work that PH has done so I really wish AD could get a great role working with them.
