The thief may be dumb yo not throw the SIM in order to avoid being tracked. Otherwise all anyone normally does is to get the SIM closed to avoid anyone knowing any secret in the phone.

TV mogul Ekta Kapoor, in a recent interview with Bombay Times, compared her fantasy show Naagin with HBO's fantasy-drama Game of Thrones. She weighed the two shows on the basis of several similar factors, like the main character returning from the dead, imaginative and mythological creatures like dragons (in case of GoT) and snakes (in the case of Naagin) featuring in them to provide the spectacle quotient and other such thrills that attract viewership and keeps the audience engaged.
She said, as quoted by timesofindia.com, "What are the big shows that are working internationally, currently? People are watching dragons. It is uber cool for them to watch dragons, but when India watches naagins, it is not cool. Isn’t this anti-populist? Why do we look down on the masses and their choices (sic)?"
About bringing dead character back to life, she added, "Didn’t Jon Snow return from the dead? If you are not the audience, you will criticise, but then, that’s ringside play. Data proves that people are watching these shows because every time there is a kidnap, murder or a hero returns from the dead, there is a surge in ratings. It is an escapism for the Indian audience."
Ekta, who became a mother to her beautiful son Ravie in January through surrogacy, has also opened a crèche in her office in Mumbai. Producer of several successful films and television shows for long, Ekta also told the entertainment network that she regrets not having a child care center at her working premises earlier.
Ekta also elaborated on how she brings her child to the office quite often, which is how she realised the importance of a crèche in an office space, especially for working women.
On the work front, Ekta's web content platform ALTBalaji is coming up with a new show Mentalhood, which features Karisma Kapoor.

Frankly I never watched game of thrones though I watch many english series and I never get the hype about game of thrones but again I'm no one to comment as I never watched the show...
But one thing I'm for sure people dont watch GOT for Dragons but they watch for storyline, characters and mainly awesome acting by actors...
By comparing GOT with naagin will be same by comparing greys anatomy with sanjeevani which make zero sense....

Agree with Jasmine's example of Dipika who said such a dumb statement. Western shows were supernatural from the start. It was not made supernatural all of a sudden to increase TRPs. I think making a normal show as supernatural trend started from Qubool Hai when one of the vamps Nayi Sanam was shown as a chudail. Deepika's dumb statement was like saying that in Sherlock show, after some episodes Irene turning naagin, Molly turning bichhoo kanya or Sherlock turning vampire. Ekta comparing her shows to GoT. At least villain characters of GoT are not glorified unlike her shows when she in past even showed the heroes raping or attempt to raping the heroines and instead of giving victim another her she showing them ending up with her rapist.
Why won't we look down at people's choices when their choices are wrong and toxic? Aaj kal 5-6 saal ke bacche daily soaps dekhte hai which gives regressive lessons. I remember a video related to Jiji Maa show where a woman commented something positive adding that meri 5 saal ki beti ye me show dekhti hai . I showed the comment to Shaina too. How can a mother let her kid watch such a disgusting show?
Ab ghatiya cheez dikhaane se TRP badhega to kuch bhi tatti dikhaayegi kya? She shows women in bad light in every shows. Prerna who was businesswoman in her own show in early 2000s is now either a free ki nanny or personal secretary in the remake. Just to get good TRPs she is bringing down the positions of female lead of her own show's remake. In her version of Chandrakanta, she showed her as a daasi in Shiv Dutt's palace(though Shiv Dutt was never seen as she took sanyaas after his wife's death...What???) when in Life Ok's version by other PH, Chandrakanta along with hero Virendra fought back Shiv Dutt hard when he wanted to make her his daasi due to his ego. Ekta copied a lot from rival version but degraded and insulted a novel character like Chandrakanta. Still that show got more TRPs and got completed compared to rival one which had an incomplete ending. She is showing a heroine still loving and running after hero who left her at night in the middle of the road after marrying her instead of filing a complaint against him. Why? Because it give more TRPs to the show. And that show still tops almost every week.
Ekta ruined Indian TV shows when in 80s and 90s we had good Indian shows. Because of her, many people even teens and youngsters including females have regressive mindsets. And she gets businesswoman award every year for her contribution to media. Her shows especially the long running ones needs to be stopped before it further destroys people's minds.
