At this point there's no reason to analyze why babita said what she said or what she believes in. It's more than clear that writers have no vision about her character, and current track was certainly not what they decided to go with when show was being written initially, or at least upto middle phase of show. So no, her character is not shallow, vapid, naive or anything, she has no character traits as of now. Writers will make her do anything that will suit their intentions whether it makes any sense or not. Currently she might sound like a woman from 18th century, on last day she might be enlightened by Minnie and HS like angulimal was enlightened by Buddha. Does not make any sense but no point of trying to make any sense of crap now.

What am amazed at Anirudh and Paridhi actually having to go thru this and mouth these dialogues. Just in August they were praising the story for its being so progressive and look how that hit them back on their face.

Exactly. Aniruddh ka HS is Phir bhi it’s ok until now. Can be salvageable.

Paridhi on the other hand, man I really do feel bad for her. The kinda of shit she has to utter. Ughhh. Writers don’t give a fcuk about her character arc. This is how they plan to end her character?!?! 🙄

The writers team hasn’t changed AFAIK. RS has lost it it seems.
