Is it a good idea releasing Chapaak alongside Tanhaji?

Tanhaji:The Unsung Warrior is trending on Twitter, as it is a patriotic movie, which means people will flock to watch it. Also, it stars Ajay Devgan in his 100'th movie, which will be a milestone in his career.

Chapaak is a niche film, even though it stars Deepika. It's theme is not universal, nor does it have Deepika in a glamorous avtaar.

Should the makers consider postponing the film Chapaak, so that it gets more visibility and release it on a date when it is not clashing with a biggie?

I guess Chapaak will work mostly in multiplexes, so I hope it gets its target audience....

January is a busy month. She would need to release it earlier in the month if she wants it to be a solo release.

yeh it wud need to release on either 3rd january or 17th jan for a solo release, but dabangg 3 is releasing on 20th dec and good news on 27th dec, and both panga and street dancer are releasing on 24th jan, so there is a movie releasing nearly every week

but i don't think chapaak will have any problem getting the hit tag because the budget is very low, they only shot for 2 months in real locations

😆 SOS decided to clash with JTHJ..But,it was Dilwale which forced BM to move the release date from 25th to 18th December and then tried to evict it from that date too.I don't know what possessed SRK..Shetty was very unhappy.
