Arnav's last comment stumped me. Viraj and Shyam thought, they can use Arnav's hatred for his step father for their own benefit, that too with Arnav's approval. But, Arnav was a step ahead of them. He gave them permission, but, it is so public that, if anything happens to him, his step father won't stay silent.

If my understanding is correct, then Arnav is doing all this with a motive.

Is he leading Krushi and Manohar to his mother's killers?
