I already told you CV Komo is into all these physical things, beauty, wealth everything is physical, artificial. So for her getting Anurag's love is just to have a physical relationship, for her the idea of living together is staying together just by involving in physical relationship and show off to others how beautiful they both look together, that's it she just don't invest in having emotional connect with him. She thinks physical relationship will be like a ego boost that he too has fallen for her charm.
