The stare was indeed very odd.Her interaction with rashmi was so odd and creepy. Very villainous. Who stares at people directly in front of their face? Does she have any basic social skills? If she wants to observe she can go do it by sitting on the side, why DIRECTLY in front of their face? Extremely rude. I don’t even like rashmi but if I was her I would’ve told her that she’s making me uncomfortable
