I would say his anger and his volatile trust on his friends

The way he imitates people when he bitches about them. With gestures head bobbing and all. And the way he immediately starts mocking anyone who disagrees with him even if that person is being polite. Thats how the whole Rashmi drama started. When she told him to chop veggies properly he could have said yes or no or whatever he had to say in a polite manner . Instead he got defensive and started his sarcastic shit. That escalated quickly. Rashmi's fault is that she doesn't pay attention or study people patiently. If she did that she could have expressed herself better.
