What is happening to you Madhu? I guess you are thinking a lot these days. Baby don't do so, just believe in God he will take care of every thing but you should take care of your self. I can feel the pain because it happens to me some or the other way while cooking. Not that severe but I tend to get cut or burn my hands or fingures. It generally happens when I am lost in thinking. So now a days I stopped overthinking😆
