I totally understand what he says. I don't think they show much of his jokes in the main episode. Most of them are in the Unseen clips. There is only one reference which I can think which you cannot understand if you haven't watched unseen clips. That one is about Tehseen's teeth. He said that when Tehseen opens his mouth it seems his teeth can be used to peel wood. Sid gang laughed at this joke for a long time and the same reference was used many times later. It was also used in a main episode when they were laughing at Tehseen for no reason.

Apart from that, I don't think there are any jokes by Bhau in the main episode which require some other context.

His jokes are mainly about mocking others. For example he was mocking Asim's walk, Tehseen's teeth, Paras' hand gestures and speaking style (in the last episode) and so on. There are no clever jokes. So you are not missing out on anything.
