That is so infuriating. Seriously. I still want her to go back to work but not in this way. Means ya to woh phir se kaam pe jayegi kyonki "ego" hurt Hui, ya to 10 lakh me li Hui shop 2 lakh mein khatri kammo ko platter pe saja ke degi. In either case, Babita phir se buri banegi.

Iss show mein kisi character ka progress agar hua ho to that would be kammo. From Khatri ki blindly tarafdari karti wife to a short gig at a local catering service which added weight to her status in comparison to khatri and now smart enough to plot sabotage plan. Kahi show ki protagonist kammo to nahi thi?

What's worse is that Minnie was very clearly upset about it. Barring the whole ITV Bahu thing she did in today's episode, the precap did more to show her pain. She was literally crying whilst yelling at Khatri over the phone.

Fine, Babita has zero interest in the business, but we know how much the shop means for Minnie. Babita should at least help to make it break even. But she's straight up drowning it with her own two hands.

And the whole thing she was saying about how it's the man's job to earn money? Umm... what??? The eff was that about? Fine, you don't want to work but at least don't say that to your daughter who very clearly is studying to make her own career in the future. It also sent such a horrible message to the audience. Women shouldn't work unless they absolutely have to? They should remain at home and live off their husband's income unless they're forced to live on the streets?

BTW how much loan did she took from bank? I'm sure catering ki sari kamaai Shaadi ki dhoomdhaam me uda di. Agar loan pay karni padegi to HS ki income se hi karni padegi.

Right. Babita gadhi hai but usse bade gadhe hum the jo abhi abhi uske character me growth expect karte Hain. Now I'm pretty convinced writers don't like babita's character.
