Wow. Sara is so tone deaf it is shocking to me. From that Masai Mara shoot to being tight lipped about fat shaming by that designer and now this 'what prejudice what problems' take on colorism- she is so supremely problematic. Worldly wise ka W bhi nahi hain isme. All that education has been a massive waste cause basic colorism this girl does not understand. Her PR generated image is so far removed from reality. Here's the thing : If she were a dusky or wheatish girl today, her experiences at Columbia would be different. That's the truth. But guess this girl lives in her own la la land where colorism can be solved by putting on a bronzer or wearing some powder. Dumbass of the highest degree.

I think she was pressing on the fact that if a girl is self assured and learns to love herself for what she is..then these snide remarks will not affect her.

And the irony is it was Barkha Dutt's show. I remember people criticizing when it was announced Saru is gonna be the new guest there. People who criticized were proven right.
