My theory:

There will be friction between Hanita and Mini because of the letter. Maybe Mini will use the money Ashok sent towards tickets for Australia. I don’t know if HS and Babita will separate or not because of this. I don’t think they will.

Mini will leave for Australia on a bitter note. HS and Babita unable to stay in Patiala without Mini will decide to leave the city. Maybe HS gets a promotion and has to relocate to Manali. HS and Babita move to Manali.

HS and Babes have a baby girl. 5 years later, Mini gets the news that Hanita died. She will obviously be devasted and guilty of not being in touch with them. She then goes to Manali to connect with her little sister. Maybe brings her back to Patiala or wherever she will decide to live after coming to India.

Mini journey starts from there.
