I feel Himanshi followed Sana there because she saw Sana was getting liked by a lot of people, and now she wants to ruin her image here too.

As we've seen Himanshi chila chila ke bol rahi ti bar bar "jab baat maa baap pe aye toh blah blah blah".

Par Sana ne Himanshi ke bare mein expose nahi kiya, if you search hard enough you will find the video where Himanshi got triggered that Sana didn't like her song, and stated that her father kicked her out of the house because she was sleeping with men.
