Ashok can just come Visit India. Visit his parents.
Meeta doesnât have to come along just for a visit. They will just say she couldnât coz of little baby. Ashok came to see his parents and Mini. Problem solved.
Babita won't buy him a ticket this time since she is a housewife, so he can't travel to India. đ€Ș

Ok I seriously donât understand Miniâs logic. She doesnât want a gift from Babita because thet would have been bought from HSâs salary. So, letâs say HS was her real dad, and Babita was a housewife, would she have not accepted the gift even then because that wouldnât have been bought from Babitaâs money eitherđ€Ș
Loll, but that was their situation before. Babita used to be a housewife and Ashok used to send the money. I guess Minnie doesn't want a repeat of that again? đ
I finally gave up on that. She will go running into Ashok's arms like Daddy's little girl. đ€Ș

Loll, how else is he supposed to teach her? If she doesn't listen to his words or pick up on his actions, then what else is he supposed to do?

That's the whole point, he is not her 'real' dad, whatever that means.

Is that how we're summing up a father's role now? A man who pays the bills? đ
Yeah, it's disgusting. Especially if Minnie accepts Ashok's money.
Sadly, that is often the case with divorced fathers. BTW today I heard a story first hand which is truly sad bt at the same time totally mind-blowing... Stepfather who raised child since he was 1 fighting for custody with biological father (who was left by the mom and did keep in contact with the child) and doesn't have much hope to win.
Oh my gosh, that's horrible!

Itâs true and there are lot of jokes about wifeâs spending money. But itâs also true that mostly these ladies manage finances and they are great savers.
Mostly around me I havenât seen fights. Itâs mainly from my gen that both partners started working. Up until then majority ladies were housewives. Itâs forever established that whatever man earns, is for whole family.
Also, when both work and earn one might not really need to discuss money that way, but discussions arise about time. Who is managing what, who is picking up the kids, etc. So if there is not a basic understanding that all are in it together, there will be discussions.
