Minnie never got any closure regarding Ashok. Babita just sent him away. I'm sure she always had multiple questions for him that she never got answers for. That feeling of "I can still meet him and ask him all those questions" is always going to be somewhere in the back of her mind 🤔

Yup.

It's not even about making up and forgiving them. It's about having answers to your questions so that you can away with having a peace of mind. HS hated his father but we don't know if he ever got past all that hate to ever ask him why he beat his mom so much. Or why he kept going to the bottle, or whatever. At the end of the day, it's about you living in peace with yourself. We can already see that Minnie is a total mess in regards to fatherhood. What is she going to do if anything were to ever happen to Ashok? Will she always have a huge question mark in his place? Will she be able to live with such a void in her life?

In whatever form it comes, she needs closure.
