Deliberate mistranslation of Siddarth Shukla in subtitles?

When Siddharth Shukla was giving the reason for nominating Devoleena for the jail task, he talked about her talking about "me too" and said:

"I think that was ridiculous; lowering women"

Subtitles said, "Veh rdiculous tha. Veh boring aurat hai"

WTH? How can someone mishear "lowering women" to "boring woman". He paused after saying "ridiculous", then Asim repeated the word "ridiculous", then Siddharth said "lowering women".

I don't know if that is incompetence of BB team or if it was deliberate to misguide people.
