PART 34

It was ten in the morning and everyone was ready to leave for court.raman went to check on ruhi as she was still sleeping and softly pecked her temple .

Raman-ur papa is going for a big fight,please keep ur good wishes with papa.taaki woh jeet kar wapas aaye .he said and went out of the room.

He went down and was instructing neelu to take care of ruhi when they all saw ruhi came down running and hugged Raman tight .she was afraid and was shivering like a leaf.raman got worried seeing her like this and asked caressing her -what happened bachcha??

Ruhi-mumma mal gayi,papa.she said making everyone shocked.

Raman-yeh Kya bol rahi ho??

Ruhi cried and said-i saw mumma ko chaaku maal diya uch uncle ne.she said and start crying making everyone scared.

Toshiji-yeh Kya keh rahi hai puttar,tune Kahan dekha??

Raman-bolo ruhi ,where r saw this,Kahan hai Ishita??he asked all concerned making ruhi more worried and she started crying even louder.

Seeing situation getting out of control Mr bhalla said-arey tum log usse aur rula rahe ho,atleast ask her where she saw Ishita.woh toh so rahi thi,he said making Raman and toshiji think.

Raman-where did u saw mumma,betu??he asked but ruhi didn't answered.she was just crying ,so Raman consoled her and then asked again.

Ruhi-maine dleam mein dekha,mumma mal gayi.meli mumma Kahan hai,papa??she asked making everyone sighed in relief.

Mr bhalla-usne sapna dekha,aap log bhi Kya ,usse bhi dara rahen hai aur mujhe bhi.

Toshiji-phir bhi bhalla ji, aisa sapna achanak,it's not good.

Mr bhalla-pehle isse chup karaiye.we have to leave for court.raman chup karao,he said breaking raman's trance.he was lost in thoughts.

Seeing him like this,Mr bhalla said-dont worry,usse kuch nahi hoga.

Raman-nahi hona chahiye.he said caressing ruhi.

It took them half an hour to console ruhi and finally they left for court.

Driver was driving the car while Raman was trying to call Ishita but her number was unreachable making him irk.

Raman-never seen such an irresponsible girl.phone tak charge nahi hai iska.he said in irritation while his parent just consoled him.

Soon they reach the court and Raman start looking around to find Ishita but she was nowhere.

Raman-woh pahunchi nahi Kya ab tak.kahan hai woh maa,where is Ishita??he asked all worried when they heard her voice.

Ishita-aa gaye aap log,I was waiting since long.kitni der Kar di, hamara case,she was saying when Raman hugged her tight making her startled.

Raman-thank God u r fine,main kitna darr gaya tha.he said taking her tight in his arms while she closed her eyes feeling his touch.

They were lost in each other when they heard noise around .Ishita opened her eyes and realise where they r.she broke the hug and said-court hai.

Raman too composed himself and asked-r u ok,tum thik ho naa??

Ishita nodded in yes and he said-kitni stupid ho tum,how can u go alone in night.mujhe kuch bataya bhi nahi,main bhi chalta tumhare saath.nahi bas jkr ki tarah akele nikal gayi,idiot.

Ishita smiled at his concern and said-kuch raaston par akele hi chalna padhta hai.

Raman-stop ur nonsense.u r not going alone anywhere.samjhi tum.warna tum jaanti nahi ho mujhe,I am very dangerous.

Ishita-yes,I can see that .achcha ander chaliye ,case is about to take up.

Raman nodded and all went behind her ,that's when Raman saw her and smiled.

Raman-u r looking too good in this lawyer court.ekdum lawyer jaisi.

Ishita smiled and said-main lawyer hoon ,Raman.chaliye aaj aapke upar se har ilzaam hatt jayega .she said and all went inside.

Soon the case start and the lawyer of opponent start accusing Raman for the big scam making his face fall.ishita look at him and assured him that soon everything will be fine.

After the lawyer,Ishita got up and said-firsf of all ,ur honour,I want to say that Mr bhalla is not a criminal ,so opposition please stop calling him like that,aur jahan tak baat hai unki begunaahi ki,I am here to prove it.mr Raman bhalla is innocent and I will prove it in the court.sabse pehle,Mr bhalla ne woh cheque encash karwaya tha.infact woh toh uss din bank hi nahi gaye the.he was busy.

Opposition lawyer-we all know that,he send someone else and got that money transferred to another account aur phir wahan se saare paise nikaal kar woh account hi bandh kar diya.

Ishita-how can u say this so surely??

O.l-kyunki jab money transfer hua toh unke mobile par message gaya tha,not only that unke number par call bhi gaya tha confirmation ke liye.

Ishita-aur aapko kaise pata ki unhone woh phone answer Kiya tha,ho sakta hai kisi aur ne phone answer Kiya ho.answer karke delete kar diya ho,woh call record aur message bhi.

O.l-i think u don't know,his phone was password protected.actually fingerprint protected.

Ishita-and if u don't know,let me tell u.fingerprint protected phones bhi use kiye jaa sakte hai.

O.l-now u r talking nonsense.iska koi proof nahi hai.

Ishita-ur phone is fingerprint protected??

Opposition lawyer nodded in yes.

Ishita-just a minute,ur honour.she said and after ten minutes,she opened the mobile successfully.

She smiled and said-see,this can be happen.maine kar liya,Kal raat ko ek article padh kar Google par.just think jisne itni badi planning ki,woh bhi kar sakta hai.she said giving the lawyer's phone to him.

Judge-what u wanna prove??

Ishita-yahin ur honour,ki Mr bhalla ne woh phone kabhi answer hi nahi Kiya tha,kisi aur ne unke phone ko answer Kiya aur phir woh record delete kar diya,tabhi Mr bhalla ko pata nahi chal paaya .

O.l-this is pure assumption,ur honour.

Ishita-no ,it is not .kyunki jis waqt woh call aaya tha,Mr bhalla meeting mein the .he was conducting a meeting aur phone unki secretary ke paas tha.this is phone records of Mr bhalla along with his scheduler and footage of CCTV camera with time and date.she said submitting the evidences.

Judge look through this and asked-aapke evidences toh thik hai but then who used his phone and who did the scam.

Ishita-i am coming to that.actually yeh sab Mr bhalla ki secretary ne Kiya hai.

O.l-sorry to interrupt ur honour.but I think Mrs advocate yeh bhool rahi hai,ki koi bhi ek mard aur aurat ki awaaz ke beech difference bata sakta hai.he was saying when he heard a manly voice,really ,is that so.

Everyone turned to Ishita and she said in a manly voice-dont be surprised.ek chota saa voice moduler and everything is sorted.she said taking out the moduler and giving it .

Ishita-ab main aap sabko batati hoon ki actually hua Kya tha.and I will request not to interrupt me.i have evidence for every word I am saying .she said and judge instructed not to interrupt.

Ishita-actually jab 800 crore credit hue account mein,company ke MD Mr Suraj khanna ko lalach aa gaya.she said and opposition lawyer was about to say something when judge told him to be silent.

Ishita-or may be he has this plan way long back.unhone Mr bhalla ko signed cheque diya woh bhi amount bhare bina ,which is normally not done and told him to transfer ten crore to another account.mr bhalla woh kaam karne hi jaa rahen the ki Mr Khanna ne unhe dusra kaam de diya and then he keep on giving Mr bhalla work ,till the bank time got over or may be till Mr bhalla forget about it.in between Mr bhalla's secretary took the cheque and both decided to encash it when Mr bhalla will be in meeting and his phone will be with his secretary.next day ,they got the chance and encashed it.toh yeh saara plan MD Mr Suraj khanna aur Mr bhalla ki secretary ne banaya aur usse anjaam diya .she said making everyone silent .

Ishita-maine kaha tha naa,I have proof against my every words .pehle proof,yeh cheque jis par Mr bhalla ke signature hai hi nahi,it's forged.yeh handwriting expert ki report.she said submitting the cheque with the report.

Ishita-secondly ,woh aadmi jisne cheque jama Kiya tha,aur phir dusre bank se cash nikala ,woh miss Jyoti ,I mean Mr bhalla ki secretary ka Bhai hai ,ramesh.yeh hai uske pics ,jisse CCTV camera se liya gaya hai aur computer ki help se clear Kiya gaya hai.woh police ke giraft mein hai aur apna jurm kabool kar liya hai usne.lastly ,Mr Khanna and miss Jyoti is in an illegitimate relationship.miss Jyoti want to leave her husband and elope with Mr Khanna aur sirf issliye inn logon ne yeh sab plan kiya.800 crore bhi apne aur aish bhi.koi bechara innocent banda saza bhugte.police is in search of money ,very soon they will get that also.she was saying when inspector came and said-paise Mr Khanna ke purane bungalow se mil gaye hai.we have find around 500 crore ,baaki ke liye search jaari hai.actually it's a big area aur paise kai jagah chupaye gaye hai ,as it's a big amount.

Ishita-so it's clear,Mr bhalla is innocent.unhone koi scam nahi Kiya,yeh sab Mr Khanna aur miss Jyoti ne mil kar Kiya hai.here I rest my case ,ur honour .she said and bhallas finally got relieved.
