Update:

• Babita tells HS not to take Minnie too seriously. HS tells her that he won't mind at all if she doesn't want to keep his surname. Babita tells him but she would. It's her choice as to which surname she wants to keep. Besides, being called Babita Singh makes her feel like she's completely his. HS tells her not to say such things otherwise he'll blush. He asks her before marriage she didn't speak flirtatiously with him. She points out how before marriage, he didn't used to blush at her talks either. HS puts his arm around her.
• Saroj comes in and clears her throat, asking if she came in at the wrong time. Hanita break apart and HS tells her it's fine since he was leaving for work anyways. He waves goodbye to Babita who waves back.
• Saroj smiles knowingly at Babita who laughs back. She puts a kala teeka on Babita so that no one cast their evil eye on Hanita's love.
• Saroj informs her that since the next day is Karwa Chauth and Babita doesn't even have a mother-in-law. So who's preparing the sargi for her?
• Beeji tells Naeem Bi what a sargi is and how every mother-in-law gives it to her daughter-in-law. She also mentions how every year she used to prepare the sargi for Babita but now she can't.
• Dadu comes in talking on the phone to Preet's grandfather. The two grandfathers are keeping a fast for their wives too. Dadu tells Naeem Bi and Beeji how their modelling pictures have been put in the newspapers.
• Naeem Bi says how one's identity can be created regardless of one's age. Beeji credits this to Minnie. Dadu mentions how this new generation will show them the right way.
• There's a scene between Preet, Bobby, Minnie and Mickey.
• The next morning, HS wakes up at 4 a.m. and sees that Babita hasn't slept. She tells him how her entire body is paining. HS checks her out and notices that she has a raging fever.
• Naeem Bi arrives with sargi. She tells HS her mother-in-law, as in she, has sent it for Babita. HS tells her that's fine and all but he doesn't think Babita will be able to keep the fast since she's not feeling well. Naeem Bi asks Babita if she's feeling well. If she's not, then she doesn't need to keep the fast. Babita tells her that she's completely fine and since it's her first Karwa Chauth post marriage, she wants to keep it. Naeem Bi leaves.
• HS gives the thermometer to Babita so that they can check how high her temperature is. He tells her to keep it in her mouth for two minutes while he goes to the bathroom and comes back. While he's gone, Babita checks the thermometer and sees she has a 101 temperature. She says to herself she can't let HS see that otherwise he'll never let her keep the fast. She puts the thermometer in a jug of water to cool it down. She quickly sits back down with the thermometer in her mouth. When HS checks it, she has a 98 temperature. He questions as to how that can be since she was really hot before. Babita tells him she was snuggled in the blanket for so long; it must've raised her temperature. She tells him that it's her first Karwa Chauth post marriage, and asks him to let her keep it.
• Babita is getting her mehndi done. Saroj tells Babita not to do a lot of work today. Minnie apologizes to Babita and hugs her. Whilst hugging her, she notices that Babes has a fever. She tells Babita to get ready as she'll take her to the doctor's. Babita tells her that she's keeping a fast for HS' longevity and she can't have anything go wrong. Minnie asks her so? Saroj explains how she can't take any medicines as she'll have to take water along with it and that'll break her fast. Minnie isn't happy with it.
• Minnie gets her own mehndi done. Minnie talks about a dating app which surprises Babita and she ruins her mehndi by touching her dupatta. Minnie leaves and Saroj mentions how this new generation is getting out of hand.
• Dadu, Beeji and Naeem Bi are talking. Minnie comes to them and complains to them how despite having a fever, Babita is keeping a fast. They try to comfort her.
• Precap: Babita tells Minnie that she and Saroj need to get ready for the Karwa Chauth pooja. Minnie tells her to go get ready since she has some things to tell Saroj. Babita slowly makes her way over, but faints.
