Lovely will faint if she hears this 😂😂😂😂 but yesss, just ship them over 😜
You know what sucks?
I kinda connected with Minnie over having to leave your parents to go abroad. I had hoped they would touch upon the excitement and thrill of wanting to go as well as the fear of having to be completely alone. The constant question of "Can I do it?"
I don't know what I had expected to be honest, but Minnie's exit on what can only be on a bitter note, is just awful. You're going away to a foreign place and are going to be completely alone. Do you really wanna go having no emotional support behind you? Mickey and Preet don't even count cuz no matter how much they try, they can NEVER substitute for HS or Babes.
This whole thing is awful.

She is supposed to have adventures, right? But if they don't film there, then will they show her returning after a year to come back to Patiala? Or would she rather go to Delhi or something?

I get this, because I was still under 18 when I went abroad alone on a scholarship and some 2 years later moved to yet another country on my own (well, not completely alone cause I was following my now husband, but we didn't live together at that point). I was also ambivalent about it since I was kind of keeping the family together as well. But under normal circumstances you do know that even if you fail, your family is there for you and you cannot fall too deep. And for Hanita the question is, if Minnie ever failed, would she come back as their child to be comforted and start again? The answer I anticipate is kind of disturbing.

I legit said the same thing. I really want Babita to say this to Mini. I don't give an eff if she sounds selfish and what not 😆
And then I see Minnie running after an Australian airlines plane and mounting it in the last minute 😁😁😁😁✈️✈️✈️ next season's ml is reaching out of the non-pressurised cockpit and helping her in

They might show her at the airport, coming back to India. Maybe a voice over wherein she recounts everything that has happened thus far with her. As the news for the leap indicates, she'll be coming back after five years, not one. So she'll be at the age of looking for a job rather than furthering her studies. Although, if she wants to, she could.
As for where exactly she goes, depends on how she ends things off with Hanita. If it's amicable (which I doubt), then it'll be back to Patiala. If not, then maybe Delhi, Mumbai or wherever else she's able to find a job or there's a lot of scope for jobs in photography.
If she does end up going to Patiala, then I don't know how they can show her being in the same city but not visiting her mother. If she does leave on bad terms, reconciling with her, will have to be a part of her journey in the second season. Otherwise, what was the point of everything that happened in all these episodes?

I'm 24 and I'm about to leave in January. While I'm super excited about this endeavor, there's also nervousness of whether I can do it. But knowing that I have my parents backing me up means a lot. If I didn't have that resting in the back of my head, I don't know if I would be able to get through those six months.
In Minnie's case, she always had a sense of "I can do everything on my own". In some regards this is great since she won't necessarily be reliant on others when she goes to Australia or be easily scammed or used. However, in large doses this can be detrimental for her. She has taken on the mentality of "it's either my way or the highway". At the age of 18, this is highly cocky of her and it's going to come crashing down on her once she goes abroad. This "holier than thou" attitude isn't going to do any good for her as no one will give two hoots about where she came from or what she did. Everyone has a story. She's not anything special.
