I was just wondering, how can people watch their favourite characters being recreated? i mean i wont be able to no matter how great the actor is or Favourite he isguess which is why Don wasn't that appreciated and didn't get it's due. Nor did / do other remakes. but i loved Don. And want SRK to do Don franchise only

Well, nostalgia can be a put off as well as a pull factor as well. We , as human beings always have a penchant for the classic and have the habit of putting them at a pedestal. Characters can be recreated and loved equally. Comparisons are bound to happen because we are stuck with nostalgia most of the times. Some remakes have been great am, some debacles! It depends upon how honest that effort is

I loved the Don franchise!

I hated RGV aag.
I loved Agneepath remake too.
