If its MG in reality with anu knowing about komo and ronit while in hospital they won't show it now at least for 1 month for drama sake. Right now they can show ML natak and later when track is coming to close they can show all the stupid flash back of how anu was acting and he knew stuff like that. They are keeping both the option open right now for DRAMA sake.

Exactly they can't show that to family since they know the stuff that happened before the accident and even if Anu doesn't remember anything than also family will doubt this new girl and her motives with fake story. For this track to work they have to show her mahan not only for anu but for the family too or else family will kick her out for using anu in such situation. 🤪

Ya it is very much possible i am only saying they won't reveal that now but later after track picks up they will start with anu's monologue about it and anu fighting along with pre. For now they will just show ML for time being until mid climax of track starts.
