I dont think that matters in Bigg Boss. Manveer ( a commoner) managed to win against big names like Karan Mehta, Rohan Mehra, Gaurav, and even Rahul Dev is quite well known.

I missed that season,.. but somehow looking among all winning lists so far only two(?) commoners have won it,........ before that, was ashutosh, as a bhola-bhala ganwaar, non-tactic, non-political minded, living with his job @ dhaba, gaay-bachhda,.. and hence had won sympathy votes over Raja chaudhari, in end moments,..
