Husbands can do that well. He doesn’t have to tell her to not love him so much. My husband didn’t tell me to not love our daughter. He just helped me see beyond my guilt.

I would love if Hanuman is the one to make her see beyond sindoor and pati and all that jazz. I wish he is the one.

You are a lucky woman if your husband is wise enough to see that and point it you, and support you. Unfortunately, not all men think that way.

It would be nice if it comes from HS because then she would not feel guilty and would trust him to understand her juggling act. She will see that he respects her because of who she is and not all the peripheral stuff.

She sounded like that because that's exactly what she did. What did she think HS did for the past 8 years? He obviously knows how to take care of himself and take care of people when needed.

If she is widowed, she will work for herself.. She knows how to stand on her feet.. it will be difficult to start from scratch again but she has faced difficulties before.. she will do it all again

Yeah, also HS was shown drying dishes so I don't think he has issues helping her with house work. He knows she gets tired.

actually its important even men should feel empowered at being able to manage a household.

most of issues with a housewife - working husband stem from the thought that. He earns it he will take decisions which also goes into that i work all day for the house the kids yet its not my right to take decisions. There is a lot of disappointment there. I am an interior designer never i have seen not working wifes taking financial decisions on the work. Its mostly the husbands who are earning who do that. Of course its a patriarchal thing but the difference also comes in because its the man who is earning. if both were earning it obviously balances it out

Nahin hoga usse kuch. I want Babita to think practically.

Widowed women suffer a lot when they have no income.

There were people in the forum wondering if Babita would confess when HS got injured or something. We got none of that, thank goodness.

He'll be in Naeem Bi's position. He'll do it because he knows it's for the betterment of Minnie's future but he'll constantly be missing her and be seeking out for the rare moments when he can get a glimpse of her.

That's such a shame to hear.

I am now beginning to wonder if my family's the odd one out because the women take care of the budget, and have a say in family decisions, etc.

Yahi you mein kabse keh rahi Hoon.. she needs to think and decide and decide on her own without any prodding

I agree selling of PB would not be wise.. but I want it to be her decision, whatever it is, right or wrong.. she needs to be given that freedom

Damn he would have only had 2-3 years with her.
