TV Superstar Sanaya Irani's debut film bombs at the box office

It was a horrendous weekend for the new releases as a dozen odd of these failed big time at the box office.

Laal Kaptaan was the most notable of them all and for Saif Ali Khan this is going to be yet another film after Chef and Kaalakaandi that would fold up under the 10 crores lifetime. For an A lister actor, this is just unimaginable and the irony is that the actor is actually trying hard to work across genres and in fact is giving a good account of himself each time around. Still, the end product is not quite justifying his presence.

Ghost starring television superstar Sanaya Irani is another mega flop of the week and one waits to see if a lifetime of 5 crores would be met eventually

I don't understand on what basis Saif chooses to do a movie. His choice of scripts is getting worse day by day.

If they are superstar and A-lister, then it’s time to leave the world.

So does every other TV superstar's film bombs at Bollywood. Very rarely their movies become hit. Nothing new and nothing to be ashamed of. At least she tried. She rose to fame after iss pyar ko kya naam doon. Her character was much loved. At least she has sth to be proud of.

This is really sad. The trailer was disappointing. Sanaya should get back to TV or do webseries. Its not easy to get a good role in BW unless you have good connections. Wonder why she agreed to do a bhatt camp film.

He should stop doing lead roles if he is intelligent enough.

She was flopstar in TV also ...last couple of shows reality/friction were flopped was out of work for few years then got into this cheap low class film after saying lots abt kissing/intimate scenes/casting couch ...

Anyway not surprised abt box office results TV actors r hardly getting any good films and they r mostly overrated besides few Mrunal Thakuur ,Radhika madan these girls got the talent , appreciations from there debute roles
