Everything that's happening on the show with ALL three characters is the writers' doing.
Babita was never like this, neither was Minnie. HS ki to baat hi mat karo. The fact is, there have been changes to the storyline that are jarring.
All three characters have different shades and motivations, but none of them have ill will towards others. None of them always mean what they say or say what they mean. We always complain about seeing too-good-to-be-true and over-the-top characters in other shows, so now that we have a rare show like this with flawed characters please let's cut the entire PB team some slack.
I tried watching another show just recently and couldn't last more than one episode. The story and the acting there was good but paled in comparison to PB, which I feel has raised the bar so high that even 'good' shows seem average next to it.
All said and done, I think it's a testament to the overall standard of writing on this show that each of us takes something different from every scene and dialogue. It's not a one-dimensional run-of-the-mill depiction of cardboard characters at least. Even the support characters have been well fleshed out.
There are some of us who are mad at Babita, some at HS, some at Minnie, many at the Khuranas, and everyone at Khatri, depending on our perspective on various situations and our personal experiences.
I know this is an open forum and we are free to discuss whatever we like, vent, rant, share our frustrations and joys with the show, but please let's not turn this into a boxing ring.
I really love coming here to learn about different viewpoints and to dissect episodes after watching them, to get that community feel as we laugh and cry with these characters. I know on some days some of us get more upset or frustrated than on other days, but let's chalk it up to people having good and bad days. Sometimes agreeing to disagree can help. I have made great friends here and intend to continue doing so.
Again, I am not imposing my views on anyone. I just want to say please let's keep it a peaceful and fun place. Mhaari binti hai aap logon se.

Even I enjoy learning about viewpoints and in no way I ever mean to dominate other views. I realise I've been a little aggressive off late and I'll surely rectify that in future.
