Can a movie stream both on Netflix/Prime and Hotstar?

I just Googled if a movie would be on Netflix anytime and a quora user said that Hotstar has its rights so forget about Netflix and Amazon Prime. But I saw Sanju on both Hotstar and Netflix. Can someone clarify how it works please?

Is that a fetish kind of thing.. 😆 like you want to see Hrithik movie in all different platforms. But it will be same Hrithik across all of them😆
