Seinfeld earns 3 billion per year.. creators earning 400 million...

which sounds ludicrous😲

In the last season they were paid 1 million per episode, with 22 episodes that was 22 million.

People have been quoting that figure for long time.

Show earnings are fluctuating. depending on how many media platforms license Friends every year...

I believe business insider over u . Just bcoz u lost the argument, u r not going to accept it!

Lol. I am not getting a penny out of this fight. Instead have to pay watch friends on Netflix.

Kya milega argument krke.

But rationally think. Deal clearly says 2% of the revenue. Which can shoot up or go down depending on licensing.

He is working with Kriti Sanon and Radhika Apte nowadays, so he probably stop thinking that way.

the only one who benefits from that is Jerry Seinfeld. The friends cast stuck together and negotiated an awesome deal for all of them. It was all or nothing when the six of them negotiated. Where as other sitcoms like Big Bang etc the cast only care about their own salaries

Its not about the actresses in bolly. Its because of the scripts. If they keep adding dance in every movie then do you expect a 50+ actress to dance like 20+ actresses?

hollywood has a lot of options for 50+ actresses because of no dance. Movies like Piku had no dancing and still it is very popular. Bolly people need to make more movies without dance then many older actresses may have work.

also sometimes older actresses lose the drive and ambition for acting. that's one more reason why they don't get work in bolly movies very much because of their disinterest.

I wonder when recently I read an interview in which an older actress said: "I got plenty of offers but I no longer have the drive and ambition to act"... Mmm, how about "never".

Dance is not the problem here, either, and for classically trained dancers age is not a significant factor, anyway. No, ageist, sexist, judgmental, prejudiced audiences, mediocrity among the creatives, and lack of respect (and proper financial incentives) for the work of scriptwriters are the main reasons why BW churns out mostly shitty movies for the intellectually challenged.

What is wrong with common sense and logic?

Common sense tells you not to cast an actor who can't dance for dancing sequences. Common sense tells you not to cast 20+ actresses for roles that should be played by 60+ actresses. Logic tells you that a character who gets stalked and harassed by a weirdo will not want to marry that weirdo. Let's not fool ourselves: no one expects great cinema from BW, of all places. We should expect a modicum of common sense and logic as regards the script, casting process, and the technical aspects of the scenes and sequences.
