I just don't want this to become a daily thing though. If the rishta is going to evolve, I want to see some actual progress. Personally, I feel like it has to start with Babita. All the characters have grown and changed so much in the last one year while she has in most ways remained exactly the same.

Idk how he did it, but there was always that immense love and respect for his Ammi whenever he spoke or looked at her.

Also, his constant questioning of why the Khuranas aren't staying with their own children, was in parts of a reflection of him too. Perhaps there was a bit of fear of people asking him as to why his Ammi doesn't live with him? Maybe he was trying to find a reason why and compare it with his own situation because he was struggling with this facet of his life.

Yes, his eyes were amazing. I am definitely interested in seeing him again either in this show or elsewhere. He really made me feel he could be NB's son.

@bold - yes, it wasn't just about evicting them but also concern as to whether they were taking advantage of his mother and yeah why both the Khurana kids live overseas but left their parents alone like this.

That's why Minnie's words had such a quick impact on him as he was already thinking along those lines.

It was such a mundane thing too! There was no over dramatization of it. It was just a normal thing for him - listening to the radio while he washed his clothes. I miss this part of PB so much. It was small elements like this that made the show charming and attractive.

Yes, indeed it did. It gave us the whole slice of life feel and made us really see into the characters' daily lives.

Noticed it too. It's been well established by now that despite his wishes, he's not Minnie's father. So I guess they're attempting to revisit a place that he could occupy safely - that of a father figure.
