No Rashmi isn’t getting paid, I totally understand it. But the way task was assigned is Rashmi is going to cook along with Sid. It’s her fault she isn’t making Sid cook and her fault she isn’t calling it out as well. If washroom isn’t clean, when the HMs go and tell the one cleans it, can they not sit and tell the ones who cook that food isn’t sufficient. As I mentioned previously, Asim behaved like a brat and the issue fell on him but personally I don’t think cooking is ehsaan. It might be a difficult task but its just another task.

Rashmi and Sid are equal housemates. She wasn't selected as hi boss on the premiere night who is supposed to make him work. So it is not her fault that she isn't able to make him do the job he was asked to do by BB himself. Him not doing his work is his fault, not hers.
Point is- Rashmi is an escapist. She needs to take a stand for herself that she cannot do the work all by herself and if they don't like the taste then she can stop cooking and sit at leisure like Raja Beta Shukla does, Payr faila ke, all this pyaar se khana banati hu won't work. She needs to stop acting like an abla naari and take a stand for herself and quit cooking. Clearly BB gives no effs whatsoever about his own rules.
Cooking 4 urself is not the point. Ration shayad ho hi naa. And Task has been assigned in the starting of the show. So rash has kitchen duties .
Ideally ration team needs to take the onus. They shld decide in the morning kitna kyaa kyaa allot karna hai and just stick to it. And take consensus in the morning only.
Anyways 1 roti to enough nahi hai. It's not abt jyaada khana yaa bhukkad
Even jo log diet karte hai, wo bhi kahenge 1 roti is not enough

Rashmi asks him to do something.. nakhrey dekhata hai. Ab Shukla ko khud ki duty ka ehsaas nehi hai tou Rashmi kyun bolo? Also, the queen is supposed to overlook the contestants.
If literally multiple people are cleaning the washroom and even volunteering.. then yeah Rashmi is doing a difficult task and if people don't want to appreciate that at least they can behave nicely about the food or help her out.
See I agree all work is equal and cooking is no greater. Whether one is cleaning the bathroom or the bedroom or cooking everyone is working. But the way people dance on kitchen team’s head to get the work done is what’s irritating. Several people have complained that bathroom is always dirty but I haven’t seen any one dragging Asim to the bathroom to clean it. Because there are 10-12 people using the bathroom of course it will get dirty again and again. And everyone is compromising. I don’t see any one ordering around bedroom cleaning team or bathroom cleaning team the way they pass on orders to kitchen team. Everyone is compromising then one has to compromise with food as well.Once Paras himself said he cleaned the Bathroom as it was unclean. Same is with food if one or two people are unsatisfied with the quality of food then they can do it themselves. Lets assume the worst of Rashmi that she is a horrible lazy person who despite having ration is keeping other 10 members of the house hungry. Is this really realistic ? Can Rashmi one person who is majorly disliked in the house do that? I don’t think so.
