Do we speak in hushed tones so that no one overhears us? Do we use the correct terminology in a direct way or do we speak around the bushes and hope that the other person understands it.

There are certain subjects that have been labelled as taboo and it's why we can't talk about them in everyday conversations. Anything related to sex, periods etc. are seen as being highly perverse. If one does talk about them then they're seen in a particular light, usually not so favorable.

And this is just between men and women. Think about how this subject is broached between women alone. I don't fault men nor women for this per say. It's just the society's way of thinking. Rather than it being gendered, it should instead be seen as a normal, everyday part of life. Just like men get boners, women get their periods. It really is that simple of a concept. Dunno why it needs to be treated as it being akin to night and day.

100% agree. Its just that these topics are still taboo in our society so people don't talk about it.

I was different. I don't find it uncomfortable to talk about periods. I used to talk about it with my guy friends. If I had cramps and if they would ask me why I am feeling unwell, I would tell them because of period cramps.. some of them would be awkward, others would be fine. It just depends how you are brought up. My brother was brought up with sisters, so he's not hesitant or uncomfortable to have that conversation. In fact, we have had some great conversation about it, and he's asked me questions that he was curious about and I have always answered them. It doesn't have to be an uncomfortable conversation.

It also depends on the kind of exposure people have to these subjects. If they're normalized, then they won't see what the big deal is about them. It will be just another mundane aspect of life for them.

HS not letting Mini meet Babita (this is the third time) - Wrong

HS brushing off Babita’s concern for Mini - Wrong

As a mother she was observant that something is wrong with Mini and was worried about her but he brushes it off. Ok fine he doesn’t want Babita to worry but still he should also contemplate on it, or at least be like we will talk to her together after she comes back home.

@bold — that is the only constant. 🤣

So he was right when he told Babita that I have more to lose. He has become insecure about her and Mini both.

Arre tum log Bahut bhaari gyan mein lag gai- I think it was as simple as if Minnie had seen Babes sick she wouldn’t have been able to concentrate on exams. HS probably thought exam miss karke dawai na lene chali Jai like last time she did to buy Babes shoes.

Are NB ko bhi yo bhul gaya hai. Wo bhi to Mini remind karvayegi.

He is total lattoo. Nayi nayi shadi ke baad ladko ka hota hai. I have seen. They stop thinking from their brain. If you know what I mean. 😆
