Because agreement and disagreement are part of discussion and I like to discuss things. I like to defend things or people I find right at that time. And why not. Nothing wrong in that. That doesn't means I'm being paid to say. I respect your silence for not saying anything about shukla being criticized or bashed but i would not do that. I'm not someone who would watch wrong happening in front of me.
