I agree to your itv logic also. We kind if except that. Guddan being shot in stomach ,falling off and coming back hale and hearty in a month without a single broken bone ,antra coming back ,sari bahu being punished by sending her off to her husband ,AJ having a 16 yr old daughter when for 6 months of the show he was in mourning for antara for 15 years,all this accepted in name of ITV poetic licence.

But now they are messing up too much. This age thing. They are twisting it at their own free will !!!! I can sense even nishant is feeling the pinch now.
