With my half mind, the way I see it is that Babita just wants to bask in this honeymoon phase of hers and it's fine. If she wants just a few days to herself and her husband, then so be it. Heck, go for it. It shouldn't carry on for a long time though.

And if we count it in PB land, just how long has it been since they got married? And in that time, just how many days of peace did they have in their marriage? From my counting, it's less than 5. So if she wants some time where it's just her and HS, then so be it.

As for Mini, Mini's expectations regarding wanting a father are not very clear.. I don't even know if she wants a dad's love.. because let's face it.. dad's love does not come alone.. it comes with his strictness and authority too? Would Mini be willing to settle to that? I doubt.. let me give you an example.. do I think Babita was wrong in asking Mini not to meet Micky at all? Definitely.. but would it be too difficult if Mini stays away from Micky for a little while.. once Babita cools off, she can explain her POV and then continue her friendship (the same approach that Babita should have taken the first time around)..but no.. mini continues to meet him ad usual.. mini does not respond well to being told what to do

Mini's idea if complete family seems to be incomplete without Khuranas which definitely cannot work

Lastly, it literally has been a few weeks to their wedding.. for the longest time, it was actually only Mini that mattered to the two of them.. ever since they met, they only talked about Mini.. Totally agree with everything you said. Let Hanita do what they want, it's their life. Minnie's not a 5-year-old needing attention.

I also noticed that HS did tell Minnie that she should do well in her exams. She acts so mature that they are not mollycoddling her.
