Bold - B wanted her to keep quiet. Max he expects from her is this only.

All this he doing is to she keeps quiet and he can go ahead with his further plans. Anything above that she says , its a bonus for him.

He always keeps his alternatives ready. He comes up with instant ones which is another topic. Mostly with P if involved, he prefers going with instant plans according to her mood so that she is convinced.

It was conveyed thru her that old couple were not meant to be and can never be as she wont allow it ever. Ex's biggest enemy for his love is his own mother only.
