I would say, it depends on what the guy did. My close friend's sister slapped their dad the day she found out the dad molested my friend. Since that day, the man got scared to tried anything else. He was drunk when he did that.

Any form of violence is unacceptable regardless of the gender, unless it is for self defence. If I was being cheated on or mentally abused I would cut ties with that person and/or lodge a complaint.

If you attack me or try to, then you will get a punch from me or a tornado kick if I have properly stretched beforehand. But I would do the same if a fellow woman is the aggressor.
