I saw some caps in kitchen of Ishani and Sid...might be of the scene that you are talking about...😆 i think the writers are concentrating more on love story from Ishani side than the hospital drama...havent seen much cases being discussed...also bird land became a war zone...every day naya drama...😆 So i am checking less even on insta...going only to IB tag for AT...but still you can see many indirects...😆
