Guys, this topic is so unnecessary. I am a fan of HR but I love SRK and I look forward to his movies. Number games will always have stars changing their position but that doesn’t mean they are out of the race.

HR is back now after quiet sometime and SRK will be back too. For me, it’s srk, sallu and hr in top 3 in terms of bo pull, not in order. Aamir and Akshay are the next best in bo pull. Tomorrow, if srk comes back with a kick-ass movie then opening day record of war will be broken for sure and this cycle will continue.

Acting wise, i believe hr and srk are the best from these top 5 stars. This is my personal opinion.

Like he conveniently omitted movies like Fan..like it or not but it was risky. But acting like they don't care about the numbers game just because they make some riskier stuff is silly especially if all these star do typical dumb masala movies regulary (SRK included btw)

Even if the Khan's fade out now, their stardom won't be forgotten even though haters would love that. Hrithik and Akshay have delivered their own successful movies but were never nearly as consistent and as popular. Hrithik had a lackluster decade, on par with SRK until this year

And I'm not even a fan of most of Salman's movies this decade but he literally gave one Blockbuster after another for many years, not sure how they come close. But I fear logic isn't there for many here who seem to idolize their favourite stars to an unreasonable level

Wat. SRK actually delivered something similiar back in 2007 with Chak de India and OSO. One was a content driven movie and the other a very popular masala movie. Literally proved his versatility with that and many other movies.

Chak de was not a niche movie at all, infact it generated huge buzz due to the fact that it had sports sentiments as its theme and we all know how much crazy India is about sports and related themes, say it Lagaan, Chak de where big stars and great music merge, the movies are bound to succeed. Also SRK was on ahigh note before Chak de too, in 2006 he had Don and KANK , unlike Hrithik whose significant success was in 2014 and it is 2019 when Super 30 released. I am comparing the scenarios and not the successes ofcourse.

I am not acting snobby at all, stating what i feel about SRK, because again unlike HR, SRK has been arrogant and always tried t be in his comfort zone, thus the comparison is also wrong, both of them have different approach towards filmmaking, one is a pure businessman and another one is choosy and wants to do everything right, thus they failed at many films.
