Sip hot pepper added soupspa..if its in the beginning of cold stage..you can easily go for homemade remedys with thippili , sukku , omam.. .drink honey n lemon n hot water it would soothen the throat..take rest..

But if it is severe n reached to throat pain n fever n all , take antibiotics..

Yes maa.. Yesterday night itself had hot pepper added soup.. and today morning had hot milk with pepper and turmeric.. konjam reside aagittu irukku..

Konja neram kazhichu thailam pottu aavi 👻pudikka poren 😆
