I'm guessing the promo will be just a dream sequence on Ishani's part.

Actually I don't think it's a dream sequence.

First reason, there was some TC article stating that Sid would reject Ishani. That was liked by Sid Malhotra on twitter. So I'm guessing something similar will happen in the show

Second reason, Sid in her dream was bland and he seemed disinterested. If it was really dream Sid would have been happy. I'm guessing Ishani took this step because she felt life is unpredictable as said by Dr. Sid. So may be she wanted to open up as soon as possible

The only other possibility I can think of is them rehearsing for Jessica- Jignesh proposal. That too seems a bit far fetched for me.

I really want a heart break for Ishani 🥺😆I'm not a sadist but I'm getting bored of this loveria now..

I don't understand how in the world Dr. Ishani can fall in love with Dr. Sid rather abruptly. It seems like they are rushing the love story and Ishani's feelings.
