Not random at all. He is still salty about Vanga's insult to him and all the bashing he got on twitter for trashing Kabir Singh.. Shahid has been very vocal in defending Kabir Singh and took potshots at people who trashed the movie... He is talking about it in this write up while taking sly digs at Shahid. Even when Shahid retweeted Vanga's interview with Anupama asking people to listen to Vanga's pov Masand was not happy..he tweeted to someone who was defending Shahid saying that by retweeting the interview and asking people to watch it, Shahid is endorsing Vanga's pov.

I noticed at the jagran film festival last week, masand interviewed all the stars like kartik, vicky, arjun, he also interviewed all the directors and producers which were there like kjo, rahul dolakia and many more, the only person he didn't interview was shahid, shahid was interviewed by somebody else, and now this article, it does seem like masand and shahid may have a problem with each other

So kartik is having meetings about a film slb will produce and not direct, I wonder wat rs and dp went to his office for
