I may be biased but YRKKHs leads have far more substance and complexity than the leads here. In fact, while the show's being shit for bucks rn, the leads have been pretty unconventional and have had great screen presence. BUT BANG ON! Agree with everything you said. KZK leads are extremely vapid. Prerna 1 was the stuff of legends! She was so strong and ST's screen presence. And so was Anurag. People may bash him but he was an extremely soft, beta and unconventional hero who had the best redemption track and tale on ITV. That's why the story is so unforgettable.

I generally don't bring comparisons to S1 but yes, even as an INDEPENDENT show, it's completely lacklustre. I am a die-hard Parth fan.😆 He brought me to this show, but even my Sajda of this actor couldn't keep me attached to Anurag and Prerna for even 1 month. Yawned mostly.

Between isn't the writer for RB the same writer who wrote RK in Madhubala? One of the writers at least.

Yes, the dialogue writer. I had mentioned earlier too. He is an Award-winning script and dialogue writer.

KZK is pretty lackluster to be honest. Watching it is a chore. And a character, be it a villain, hero or anti hero (I honestly despise the term 'hero' though) can be only as interesting as the dynamics around him. RB can only go so far, and be so much. The dynamics and conflicts need to ignite anticipation. Good anticipation drives trps. KZK only produces lethargy.

I don't either believe in the term HERO🤓. Yes, it does produce lethargy. I had been waiting for BAJAJ and the momentum he brought.

A love story for me has to be CONSUMING and coax me to think. Bajaj has brought that, even more so in the story of Anurag and Prerna and despite the popular sentiment, I feel that their story has to offer much more by being DISTANCED from each other. It makes their STORY COMPELLING.

I am TWISTED that ways, Anything that is SWEET gives me SLEEPY vibes. I have a thing for 'SAUDADE', and I am sure you'd understand the term🤗

The thing bugging me is not Prerna's righteousness. I had given up on her sometime back so she doesn't bother. What I dont like is the sudden shift they are doing in the show itself. It was Anurags plan . He wanted to send an innocent man to jail. But all of a sudden he is spewing lines like I will expose you to RB and even RB is saying prove me wrong if you can. All that Anu did is being swept under the rug not only by P but CVs too. Everybody was thinking Anu will be getting a redemption track . Looking at what is going on just now do you think they are even showing that Anu needs a redemption track.

I hope bajaj leaves prerna for sometimes. Let her experience more insults and abuse from mohini she won’t even utter a word against mohini. Mute

Every show needs ONE powerful LEAD. Here, NEITHER Prerna NOR ANURAG comes with any EXTRAORDINARY TRAITS apart from BEING IN LOVE.

Unlike LEADS in most of the shows, there's NO aspect of LAYERING in their characters except SACRIFICE and SWEETNESS.

Unless, its a DIMWITTED show on the likes of Gopi Vau, and that eternal YRKKH that runs in loops, the LEADS and their layers matter. Neither theirs WAS AN EXTRAORDINARY ROMANCE like the DHAK DHAK ONES of Gul Shows nor has the COMPLEXITY of other EK leads.

So, they NEEDED a STRONG persona who LEADS the show. VAMPS don't LEAD, VILLIANS too don't.

It's only someone WHO SWINGS THE MORAL COMPASS does.

This character arc of RB somehow resembles a pattern of RK from MB. So, Bajaj will always DRIVE the show.

RK worked because there was an equally nuts Madhubala with him.

Where is the fire and passion in Prerna?( a part of me wants to check her iron levels she comes across as so passive and listless😆)
