It’s so stupid how Vedika is still roaming around with that sindor and mangulsutra despite knowing they are not even married. Can’t anyone tell her to keep this relationship on hold till the divorce is finalised?

That is why i am a little biased towards naira...because her character wasnt even shown properly. What happened in goa wasnt shown...they potray kartiks emotions ...but they forget naira.

Also kartik ofcourse knows a person is married legaly then only they take divorce. In my opinion he does..if not lawyer should clear it.

And vedika that girl i dont want to even look at her or talk about her. Seeing her giving dahi for shagun to kartik was enough pukeworthy. She gets on my nerves more then anyone.

Also i agree with manish only on that line other then that...i dont see a reason for them to just lash out on naira..when kartik is free of all this. He was the reason naira was forced...thus it got me angry.

Now let me clear you what i am trying to say. First naira is absolutely wrong in making this goa jane wala scene.

Second kartik didnt made it clear to her that where she stands in her life. Nor kartik paid attention to the fact that they are still married...ab naira ko toh nahi pata hai ki shadi kiski marzi se or kese hui hai...but kartik knows right ? Usne stand kyu nahi liya ? Yes , kartik should ask her question about divorce paper and why she is trying to take kairav away . His anger and possessiveness is his biggest enemy. I think kartik ko divorce paper se utna fark nai padta jitna woh fitness certificate for travel se fark pada hai. Chipkali ne kisi ko bhi iss baat ko process karne ka koi time he nai diya that her marriage is invalid now what?! Chipkali played brain game , koi kuch soche ya process kare uski invalid shaddi par,usse pehle he usne naira se divorce paper sign karwa liya and matter ko first marriage divorce ki taraf divert kar diya. Second time divorce lena hai ki nai iss baat par bhi dono ko ek sath baith kar decide karna chahiye tha because woh abhi bhi talking terms par to hai. Agar liza-akhilesh ke liye baith kar baat kar sakte hai to second time divorce ke liye kyon nai??!!! Naira ko khud ko apne hath se woh divorce papers kartik ko dena chahiye tha yeh chipkali ke sath papers bheje ka kya meaning tha?!!!!!!!Chipkali ne papers banwaye bhi ho to bhi naira ko papers sign karne ke baad khud he kartik ko hand over karna chahiye tha.Why naira send that papers with chipkali?

Third i dont understand what divorce had to do with custody. If they get divorced will all the custody go to kartik or to naira ? If to naira then its not how its done. ? Doesnt parents both talk to each other after divorce...that if we have a joint custody that will be fine ...if their is dispute then court will decide...but didnt naira already cleared that ...he can come and meet anytime...also they will visit...so i dont understand kartiks reaction based on divorce papers. That is what bothers me. Mujhe smjh nhi ata ki usse vedika as a wife chaiye. Naira as a backup and kairav as a son...toh aisa toh possible nhi hai. Toh iska mtalb agr divorce hota hi nhi toh naira ka wese bhi koi future nahi h ...lekin she couldnt marry if she is still married to a already married man. Usne toh na bola ki vedika chaiye na ye ki naira chaiye..but usse pata hai ki vedika kahi jayegi nahi... or naira kairav ke bina rhegi nahi.

Divorce and custody case sath mai isi liye hua because , divorce paper and fitness certificate dono kartik ko same day par mile. So kartik thinks naira divorce isi liye lena chahti hai because woh kairav ko le kar wapas gayab ho jana chahti hai.

Kartik was saying again and again divorce+custody battle means jab divorce hota hai tab property/baccha sab ka ek sath faisla ho jata hai ki kisko kya milega divorce ke baad. Jab divorce grant hota hai tab judge yeh bhi bata dete hai ki wife ko kya kya milega iss divorce ke baad. Kartik naira ko alimony de sakta hai as per divorce rule lekin kairav par sirf visiting rights usko manzur nai hai. Woh chahta hai ki kairav out of city na jaye and usko naira par bharosa nai hai kabhi bhi gayab ho jayegi bacche ke sath iss baat ka usko darr hai isiliye divorce+custody case kiya hai kartik ne.

Also kdadi and manish should really just shut up. I dont care for them...they literally wash their kittus feet but will put swords on naira haq wqt. And i am fed of them behaving with naira as she is their own punching bag.

yeh sab side ke family members sirf nautankiwale hai . Inko zyada footage nai dena chahiye. Agar naira and kartik ek dusre ke haqq ko snatch nai karte and baith kar discussion karte day 1 se to abhi aisi situation nai aati. About kairav no one cares. Not even naira ...she didnt think how he will live without kartik. And kartik doesnt care ...because he didnt think that what would kairav feel...in court and without a mother.

Most positive thing is ,even after this much blame game and nonsense divorce/custody drama , Bottom line is Kartik-naira is still husband and wife. Bigamy is not in picture now as kartik/vedika marriage is already declared illegal. Vedika stands nowhere in kartik's life before kaira divorce😆Brain game khel rai hai abhi chipkali but uska Sindoor-magalsutra sab null ho gaya hai bas ab sirf gale se utarna baki hai and custody battle ke baad gale se nikalna he padega🤣

Aisa na ho ki hum logo ko ye dikha de ki kartik and naira ka divorce hogya or kairav bhi naira se door.... or vedika and kartik ka marriage ab legal ...aisa hota toh nahi hai kyuki wapis shadi Karni hoti hai ...lekin inhone itna bakwas dikhaya toh kya pata or bhi dikha de.

Well for the starting i fully acknowledge that cvs are whitewashing the character of naira ( for running away ) i am disgusted that cvs would show this because no matter what naira is a human...no one is even ready to listen to what she has to say. Thats inhuman. No one deserves to be treated this way by not even listening to the pleas of a mother...i understand kartik was away from kairav because of naira...but today when manish said " tum kartik ki galati ko bhula hi nahi payi ho ...revenge lena chahti ho " that made my heart and head ache at the same time. Like man naira is the one who held your family together. They deserve vedika only. I wish the custody would go to kartik...and kairav becomes miserable without a mother. Naira as per rumors will go into trauma. I cant believe that they once ...not even once thought about how naira sent those papers. I dont understand...should naira just stay kartiks wife ? Not take any divorce? Stay married to a already married man ? What was she supposed to do ? What about her moving on ? Their ladla kittu has a girl on his arm... in every separation track...why not naira. So if this goes on is naira supposed to just stay married to kartik while he makes babies with vedika ? Also kartik today when was talking to naira....that made me loose a connection..because this is going above my head. Even enemies listen to what other person wants to say. I really wish naira goes missing ....and thus kartik realises...or atleast he acknowledges that vedika was the one who gave papers to naira.....sigh.

If not i am giving up. Because their is no option left. Also has anyone seen vedika getting dahi shakkar for good luck so that kartik can bring kairav home....she literally wants to feed him. W*F ewwwwwwwww.

I watched the clip of Manish scolding Naira, before I watched the episode. He did sound vicious in the clip. However when I watched the episode, I could understand the context better. Naira said that she sent the divorce paper and is taking Kaira away because she wants Vedika and Kartik to move on in their lives. Manish retorted with “Bhagwan ne tumhe theka diya hai sabki kismat tha faisla karne ka”. I was like at least someone is trying to talk her into staying back.

P.S: I am not getting into Naira vs Kartik discussion. Inspite of their flaws, I love them both. They have amazing chemistry and I want to see them together as Kaira, raising their kid together.

After watching this episode I am officially done with Kartik's behavior and GV😡. they are not human anymore just kichad our kuch nahi🤢and manish like jaise abi tak chalta hai vaise age bhi chalta🤢🤢🤬

Today’s episode made everything pretty much clear.

Till now naira has given kartik only visiting rights on kairav and not decision making rights to father which I said yesterday . Today naira accepted directly that kartik jab chahe tab usko mil sakta hai and again she was talking about only visiting rights and not kartik ‘s rights as a father on decision making regarding kairav.

Kartik has hitted at very correct place . He wants decision making rights on kairav and not visiting rights what naira is giving.

Most highlighted part was minimum 3-4 times kartik cleared it today that kairav will stay with his mother only, this case is only for decision making rights about naira will never take kairav away in another city.Custody is in terms of kartik’s right as Father and not just any stupid visiting rights for him which naira wants.

One more thing , legal battle will give naira her own taste of medicine. Till date she never give kartik any decision making rights on kairav , kartik was just visitor/outsider for his own child like relatives visit at each other’s place and nothing more. Now kartik ask same to naira that be with your child being his mum but decision making right he wants that’s why this legal battle. This is fantastic sixer from kartik ‘s side👏

Nairaaaa.... what to say about this lady..: kartik openly shared his fears with her still she is just blabbing about how her decision is good for kartik... And manish.., yesterday this man was bang on and true with his few line, today again he was not wrong. Kartik is definitely not wrong and this time goenkas bhi galat nai hai kartik ke haqq ki ladai mai uska sath dene mai.

Naira ko kartik ka uska haqq since day 1 aisa snatch nai karna chahiye tha. Jagat mata banne ke chakkar mai woh kartik and kairav ki life ko sacrifice kar rai hai.Naira ko kartik ko uska haqq dena chahiye.

Kartik ki jagah ko dusra father hota to total custody demand karta lekin yaha kartik ne kairav sirf naira ke sath rahega yeh baat bol kar yeh bhi prove kar diya that how much he loves his son and how much he respects naira’s place in kairav’s life.

All jagatmata wants is kartik apne father hone ke sab rights ko chod de or sirf visiting rights par entire life khush rahe. Does she even understand what is she expecting from kartik?!!🤬

But I am so glad kartik made it clear woh apne father hone ke haqq ko nai chodega .

I am very much with kartik Goenka in his haqq ki ladai. I wish naira ne since day 1 kartik ko father hone ke rights diye hote... I wish naira ne kartik ko sirf visiting rights nai diya hota.... I wish naira par jagat maata banne ka bhut savar nai hota..: I wish naira itni immature nai hoti...😒

I agree that naira made a mistake but here Kartik is.also at fault. I do not think that Naira ever thought about kairava custody as she gave every right to karthik like joining into he school medical bills. Here she cannot stay in goenkas house so she went her house.Kartik atleast should have given her a chance of explanation.

Today it was pretty clear divorce papers were made by vedika and naira is sacrifice Devi did sign them.

Vedika played her game very well.but at least naira should have disclose regarding vedika's fear and suicide.

But I hope that this whole custody drama will bring naira hardship that she has faced in last 5 years and also for sure according to Manish and Dadi convo naira character assination is going to happen.

I have a doubt. Since both Naira and Karthik have signed the divorce papers, are they no more a legally married couple? 😕
